ORDERING AND FULFILLMENT
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront.
Sorry, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping for any of our products.
Refunds and order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit.
If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately. Please include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item.
Changes to order information
Once we have processed your order and it has been dispached it is not possible for you or us to change any address details.
Average shipping times are:
Australia — 3 to 7 days
Rest of world — 10 to 14 days
All orders are sent within 7 days of order placement.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and specific destination at checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.
Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service. If a parcel is a little on the drag, please keep this in mind.
Tracking your order
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. A tracking number for your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
We ship all international orders via First Class Airmail so there is no tracking number unfortunately.
